I have worked in libraries for over 20 years, in reference and circulation at a public library, cataloging, inter-library loan, acquisitions, government documents, and serials at an academic library, and in a little bit of everything (cataloging, ILL, reference, circ, data) at a major research hospital's library. I returned to the academic setting in 2018 as the Inter-Library Loan and Scholarly Communications Librarian at Northern Kentucky University, where I truly enjoy working with new technology and making things easier for our internal and external customers. We are a Tipasa library (former Illiad) that uses circulation and acquisitions integration. We do a lot of purchasing through our inter-library loan program.
